i worked all weekend (and believe me, NOW its hella tiring), i came home on saturday and studied some anthro and some history, came home sunday and studied anthro until, oh, 2:30am? then i couldn't sleep b/c i had stayed up long enuff that my sleep disappeared so i didn't really sleep til around 3:15am, got up at 7, took a shower, ended up going back to sleep again, got to school at 9:30, had test at 10, was in class til 4:30. on top of all this my insurance is screwing me over as well as UH with my financial aid so i've been freaking out about the fact that i'm broke. maybe, just maybe.....i'm tired? nah, thats not it. i'm gonna go read now.
note: remember what i said about going to see that exhibit? nevermind, don't, there's enuff ppl going now.

nothing important has really happened to me lately. i'm getting sick. thats no fun. um lets see. school sucked on monday. had lab on tuesday. test on wednesday. no school on thursday.....but i work(ed) late. got some new folks at work, they're cool. um friday school sucked then i went to work. then i went out with ian. um we went to Pappa's Steakhouse.......fancy, expensive place that is. $30 for an entree. um. then we went to go watch Cold Creek Manor. that movie blows. here's a review for ye who doubt me:
anyway. i'm not mad we watched it, i'm mad it sucked. like i told my co-worker, i walked in there with very high hopes and they were trampled on mercilessly by Mike Figgis. i can't believe Dennis Quaid and Sharon Stone wanted those roles...........they must really need jobs......now Stephen Dorff..... i can believe that. he is hot though so i semi-forgive him considering he has no shirt on alot of the time. anyway thats not the point.
um, saturday was kinda not cool at first b/c i was feeling sick and PMS-y. but i got to go home 2 hours early from work and i went home and watched The Two Towers.....again..... and that was fun. i like that movie. then today i came home from work and watched the extra stuff on the dvd for the Two Towers and then i talked to some folk on the phone and now i'm here. blogging.
that exhibit at the museum didn't do as well as we thought it was gonna do today. its usually more crowded than that. thats pretty sad considering its the only U.S viewing. huh. ppl are losers. here, i'll advertise it for them:

ALSO THEY HAVE PRETTY SWEET THINGS FROM ARTISTS LIKE PICASSO, VAN GOGH (The Starry Night is in here ppl), MATISSE, MONET (Water Lillies), DALI, JACKSON POLLOCK, GEORGES BRAQUE, and people like andy warhol and jasper johns that i am not huge fans of.
so go, ok? not that i want to help ppl but seriously this might be one of the only chances u get to see these things and the exhibit is damn nice. i don't usually advertise for this place but this exhibit is worth it. u can also just go to www.mfah.org and read the stuff i wasted space on. hehe. anyway.
i am only posting to express my anger towards whoever is responsible for ruining the song "Why Don't You and I" performed by Santana and Chad Kroeger from Nickelback by replacing Chad with that guy from The Calling. Why? Why did u do that? I don't care about your litte legal disputes record companies. I care about my ears, and right now they are hurting. So please, do something to get only Chad on this track because this Aaron Carter look-a-like is killin' me.
(I actually have nothing against The Calling or the dude FROM The Calling its just his voice is not a good replacement for Chad Kroeger's)

i'm still tired and i'm still broke. yesterday i wanted to slap patrick ewing in the face. thats rite, patrick ewing. he came up to the desk where i was at and asked me what nationality i was and i blurted out "guatemalan" (b/c i was intimidated and couldn't think str8......the bitch is tall) and he said....."oh, hola, como estas?" and then i felt like slapping him b/c OH, I'VE NEVER HEARD THAT BEFORE! anywayz. then he came back to the desk and said "hey, pssst, i want my money back" and i said "why?" and he said "i didn't like it" so then i felt like slapping him again b/c i don't like ppl staring at me like everyone at the museum was staring at me talking to him. and then he got in his bling-bling ride and left. and everyone was still staring at me. damn b-ball players. no i didn't get an autograph, mainly b/c i'm not allowed to.
school is boring but wutever i have to go. i'm so incredibly tired, i should even be up now but my lab is at 11:30 2morrow so its kinda ok. i slept some already anyway. some ppl aren't understanding this concept of me not having a damn day off of anything. like they think its still the summer or something. my easiest day is tuesday cuz i just go to lab and then i'm free after 2:30..........free to study that is. ugh. caring.....what A drag.
stuff at work is a little better, at least they talk to me now. so thats cool. we're supposed to be getting new folks and its my job to make their lives a living hell. thats assuming i'm willing to talk to them. i will not accept skanks. ok my cat just fell asleep on my mousepad so this using the computer deal isn't easy anymore. um. yeah i'm gonna to bed.
